To initiate a return, please contact PUZB within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns submitted after this period may not be accepted.

  • Damaged or defective items: Contact us immediately with photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Incorrect or missing items: Report within 14 days of delivery.


3. Return Process

Follow these steps to return a product:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@puzb.com or through your PUZB account.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you on return shipping instructions.

  4. Safely package the product in its original packaging whenever possible.

  5. Ship the item back to the address provided by PUZB support.

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected for eligibility.


4. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

Currently, PUZB does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
